Any controversial issues (academic, personal, etc.) are carefully considered by the members of the editorial board. The editorial board of the journal intends to respond promptly and constructively to all complaints and to resolve them. Each specific complaint will be examined and analyzed according to its nature and complexity, and any decision made will take into account the recommendations provided by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Each author and reviewer has the right to appeal to the editorial board in case of disagreement with any decision of the editorial board, in particular, on issues of violation of academic integrity and publication ethics. The complaint should be concise, specific and contain sufficient data to demonstrate any possible violation of publication ethics. If possible, it is also worth providing additional documents confirming the specific claim.

Proposals or complaints are submitted personally to the editorial board in written form or sent to the journal’s email address, with all facts and evidence provided.

All controversial issues are considered at a meeting of the editorial board. The editor-in-chief appoints a commission of the editorial board members. All notifications will be considered within thirty working days. However, depending on the complexity of the complaint, additional time will be required to complete the investigation of the case. The applicant has the right to provide additional explanations and documents during the commission’s work.

The editorial office reserves the right to leave the complaint without consideration, informing the applicant of the reasons for such a decision if it is written in an offensive, threatening or defamatory form and/or the applicant clearly violates the rules of academic integrity and generally accepted ethical standards.

Anonymous complaints are not accepted.
